Follow state rules related to behavior supports and staff training curricula
Follow supervision as required by the BACB, including ensuring adequate hours and documentation
Maintain BACB certification and state licensure (as applicable)
Plan, develop, and monitor behavior support plans and treatment goals to meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
Consult and teach support staff and management teams with ongoing training in line with Positive Behavior Supports and proactive strategies
Work with an office space and provide on-site program visits frequently, giving observations and feedback
Be visible and available to work with and develop direct support staff in understanding behavior interventions
Attend team meetings and coordinate with outside agencies, day programs, medical professionals, support coordinators, and families as needed
Create and maintain data collection and analysis
Maintain and oversee ethical, professional, and person-centered standards
High creativity and interpersonal skills
Focus on developing positive relationships and holistic approaches
Ability to travel to various locations across Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah Counties
